Your data in the private beta

Google sign-in identifies your account. Tom must approve access before you can use the product.

Your background, assessment conversation and results are stored in SYBIL’s Supabase project. Assessment and profile requests use Anthropic; company research uses Google Gemini. Upload only information you are comfortable sharing with these services.

Your individual conversation stays private to your account. Organisation reporting is available only to assigned managers and organisation administrators. Access is assigned explicitly; sharing an email domain does not put you in someone else’s organisation.

Scores are experimental, based on the conversation, and intended for learning. They are not a verified measure of workplace performance or a basis for employment decisions.

Contact Tom to request account or data removal. Downloading a share card saves an image to your device; SYBIL does not post it to social media.
